When you request a quote or contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, property address/postcode, job information and photographs you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and carry out services, maintain business and waste records where required, issue invoices and manage customer service.
Sharing
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, process payments or work with authorised disposal/recycling providers.
Retention and rights
Keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected and applicable legal/accounting requirements. Customers can contact us at help@vacantandclear.uk about their personal data, including access, correction or deletion requests where applicable.
Website forms and photographs
Quote requests submitted through this website are stored securely in the business booking system so we can assess the job, prepare a quotation, arrange a booking and keep appropriate business records. Photographs you upload are used for assessing and managing your clearance request. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.
Payments
If online card payments are enabled, card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Vacant & Clear on this website.
Customer portal and automated follow-ups
Where enabled, customers may receive a private portal link showing their quotes, booking information, payment status and invoices. We may also use contact details to send service-related follow-ups such as quote reminders, deposit reminders, invoice reminders and review requests. These communications relate to an existing enquiry or service and are logged in the business system.
Payment provider
When card payments are enabled, Stripe processes the card transaction. We receive payment status and transaction references but do not store full card details.
